Pricing
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change based on availabilty of raw materials.

Artwork
Artwork may be sent on disc or via email in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), CorelDraw 9 (.cdr), Adobe Acrobat(.pdf) or if logo is one color it may be sent as High Resolution (.tiff) file. All files must be readable on a PC or Mac. Please include a laser printout of your artwork within the disk. All fonts must be converted to curves (paths, outlines).

Artwork / Paper Proof
Artwork will be faxed or emailed prior to production for customer approval.

Setup Charges
$40.00 NET

Repeat Orders
No setup charge

Pre-Production Sample
If requested, a pre-production sample will be supplied at regular priting prices.

Delivery
2-3 weeks from receipt of artwork approval. Subject to product availability. Orders will be shipped prepaid and charged unless specified by customer. Shipping charges are always at cost.

Cancellations
Order cancellations will reflect costs incurred.

Damages & Breakages
Every precatuion will be taken when packaging and handling of goods due to the nature of the items. Please contact our customer service department to report damages or breakages. Please note, claims will be issued with the carrier in such circumstances.

Returns
No return shipments willbe accepted without prior approval. Merchandise approved for credit may be subject to a
restocking fee.

Gurantee
UrbanIncentives guratees against defects in workmanship. Any imperfections in the raw material are not considered defects and do not fall under this gurantee. Please contact our customer service department with any questions or concerns.
